We would like to note that we use recycled packaging on larger orders. We feel that purchasing and using packaging for one time use, doesn't benefit either of us. Cost-wise, or environmental wise. So when you receive your package, the exterior may not be gorgeous - like what you see from other amazing small business who sell finished products in all the videos floating around. I'm more focused on getting the product to you without breakage. We do love their beautiful packaging too, but it's just not efficient for the supply side.

PLEASE READ LISTINGS PRIOR TO MESSAGING. All information you are seeking, should be there. If you have a question that isn't answered there, we will be happy to help. We are human, and we may miss things here and there.

Please keep in mind, we have a ZERO return or exchange, and a no-refund policy due to the nature of our products, and the current pandemic. IF you would like to cancel your order and receive a full refund, you must do so PRIOR to your item shipping out.

In the event that the product you received wasn't the same one you ordered (it happened once because we are human), we will replace it and let you keep the mistaken one.
